Founder, Chief Imagination Officer
A community development professional, Kareem Simpson has over two decades experience as a community enthusiast and is a student of organizational leadership and development. Simpson has designed his career around finding innovative ways to help marginalized creatives to carve out pathways for success and self-sufficiently, in all facets of life. Simpson is driven and detail-oriented. A former non-commissioned officer of the Military Intelligence Branch of the United States Army, serving as a Korean Linguist, Simpson relies on strong critical thinking, communication and decision-making skills developed throughout his career to spur community development in positive ways.
