Our Story
SparkLight Creative Group works with individuals, small businesses, AND nonprofits on a higher level to create space for growth.
Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky are hotbeds for innovation and they both support an extensive, thriving small business culture. The two areas also host a great number of charitable organizations. Our vision is to leverage these attributes by creating a space where we can help small business owners and entrepreneurs while supporting great causes.
Since 2004, we have worked in the community, and have helped start new careers and organizations we serve. We have helped carve out spaces in both the community and the business world using an entrepreneurial mindset by providing industry-focused preparation tailored for the needs of our clients.

Kareem (K.A.) Simpson
Founder, Chief Imagination Officer
Kareem is a community development not-for-profit professional with 21 years of experience as a community enthusiast and a student of organizational leadership. Kareem has designed his career around finding innovative ways to help marginalized communities create pathways for success and self-sufficiently, in all facets of life. Kareem is steadfast, driven and detail-oriented. A former non-commissioned officer of the Military Intelligence Branch of the United States Army, serving as a Korean Linguist, Kareem relies on strong critical thinking, communication and decision-making skills developed throughout his career to spur community development in positive ways.
